Girls' Enterprise Mentorship (GEM) is designed to prepare young women from the ages of 15-17 to appropriately set and achieve their career goals.

Over the course of several weekly meetings, young women participate in seminars and interactive activities designed to encourage them to pursue personal, financial and career excellence. It is believed that this program will increase young women's interest in pursuing positions in business and entrepreneurial ventures.

The program features direct interaction with many of the Metropolitan Atlanta's most prominent women in business today, and culminates with a graduation and introduction to Atlanta business society.
