Judge Mike Wallace graduated from Georgia Southern University with BS in Political Science. He went on to earn a Juris Doctor Degree from Atlanta Law School.

Experience:
Currently, Judge Mike Wallace is a full-time Judge of the Magistrate Court of Fulton County, Georgia, handling non-jury civil trials, warrant applications, child abandonment, traffic, preliminary hearings, and other related matters presented before the Court. He also serves periodically as an Associate Magistrate Judge in the cities of Roswell and Alpharetta. When not on the bench, Judge Wallace maintains an Atlanta based law practice, specializing in Wrongful Death, Catastrophic Injury, Medical Malpractice, and serious Personal Injury Cases.
Prior to practicing law, Judge Mike Wallace worked as a Legislative Aide for a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives, drafting legislation and advising the member on national policies, House Floor activities, committees work, and issues affecting Education, Housing, Trade and Narcotics Legislation. While on Capitol Hill, Judge Wallace also worked as a Staff Assistant for a US Senator, where he drafted correspondence on Veterans issues, Housing, and trade issues.
